The Roborock Saros 20 Neo is an advanced robot vacuum and mop built for modern homes that demand thorough cleaning. Its HyperForce motor delivers 36,000 Pa of suction, while the dual anti-tangle system handles long hair without clogging, and the AdaptiLift 3.0 chassis with a climbing arm carries it over thresholds up to 4.5 cm in a single step or 8.8 cm across two levels.
The retractable LDS system lowers the robot to just 7.95 cm so it can clean beneath low furniture, and structured light with an RGB camera recognizes more than 300 obstacles day or night. For mopping, it scrubs with warm water and up to 14 N of downward pressure, lifts the mop automatically in Vacuum Carpet First mode, and the multifunctional dock washes the mop with water up to 100 °C, adjusting volume and temperature to how dirty the mop is.

Materials & care
- Wash the mop with water up to 100 °C in the multifunctional dock; the dock adjusts water volume and temperature to the mop's dirt level.
- Replace the disposable vacuum bag in the charging station and the filters as needed; two bags and two filters are included.
- Use the included 200 mL cleaning agent with the dock for hygienic mop cleaning.
How to use
Control the robot through the Roborock app, which maps the home and adapts cleaning to your habits. Some functions, including automatic re-cleaning of missed spots and the Vacuum Carpet First mode that detaches the mop to keep carpets dry, must be activated manually in the app.
